• We cannot guarantee a rooster will not be received. We do request that the hatchery sex all chicks before shipping but this is not an exact science.

• Chicks must be purchased in quantities of 3, all due on the same week.

• We will call you at the phone number you provide once we receive the chicks & they are ready for pickup.

• We guarantee the health of our birds for 48 hours. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the store immediately.

• All chicks come from certified Pullorum-free hatcheries and are vaccinated for Marek’s disease. Silkies and meat birds are not vaccinated.
